This Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which the Company handles members or business associates' personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA").

At Inchaway, we value, respect and are committed to protecting your personal data by ensuring that your personal data is used for the purposes described herein in accordance with the PDPA. "Personal data" refers to any information which relates directly or indirectly to you which may include any information that is used to distinguish, identify or contact you.     (c) photographs and video reviews on the use of Inchaway's products;

    (d) financial information such as your banking details, bank account number, credit card number, credit card CVC number, copy of your credit card, issuing bank and Inchaway membership information such as membership identity card number, supervisor's name, supervisor's identity card number, supervisor's telephone number and supervisor's membership identity card number;

    (e) language communication preference; and

    (f) product preference

  2. HOW WE MAY COLLECT OR RECEIVE PERSONAL DATA

    We may obtain these data from you and via a variety of sources, including but not limited to the following:-

    (a) your relationship with us such as data provided by you when you apply for membership through application forms, submission of queries, complaints and feedback on the use of our products and services through our customer service;

    (b) your participation in any of our surveys;

    (c) your subscription to our e-mail alerts;

    (d) via your verbal and written communication with us and/or our authorised agents;

    (e) from third parties connected with you;

    (f) your response to any marketing material which we send to you;

    (f) to process your orders and send your orders through delivery service providers;

    (g) to process payments made for our products;

    (j) to provide training and organise seminars on new products and services;

You hereby acknowledge, confirm and permit Inchaway to release your personal data to the other contractual party and its advisors and representatives in order for them to process your personal data if such disclosure and transfer may occur.

    (a) law enforcement or government agencies;

    (b) The Company, its holding company, subsidiaries or affiliates to whom it is reasonably necessary or desirable for the Company to disclose personal data;

    (c) members in your upline or downline organisation to support your business and/or to allow communication on the products and services of the Company;

    (d) our agents, contractors, vendors, service providers and/or professional advisors; or

    (e) other parties in respect of whom you have given your consent;

    We acknowledge and respect the following:-

    (a) your right of access to your personal data to have such data corrected or erased and will assist you to access and correct or erase your personal data held by us if such personal data is no longer accurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date;

    (b) your right to withdraw or revoke your consent from our use and process of your personal data for the purposes stipulated herein.

  8. ONLINE DEALINGS

    We do collect information about your use of our website from cookies that assist your website navigation by customising site information to tailor to your needs. If you do not wish for your personal data to be collected via cookies on our website, you may deactivate cookies by adjusting your internet browser settings to disable, lock or deactivate cookies, by deleting your browsing history and clearing the cache from your internet browser.

    This Privacy Policy which appears on our website will apply solely to our website and will not apply to any third party websites which you may gain access through the use of our website.

  9. UPDATES OR AMENDMENT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

    Inchaway reserves the right to amend and/or update the terms in this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you if there is any significant change to this Privacy Policy in our website or through other forms of communication channels or publications. All amendments shall be effective from the date of publication, unless otherwise provided in the notification.
